Resort Service Group
Resort Services Group(previously Suncoast Automation) was founded in 1997 in conjunction with ARDA and RCI to bring hotel bulk pricing to the timeshare industry.
In the past, cable TV pricing for resorts was based on residential rates and resorts paid rates far above that of the hotel industry. With extensive industry experience and legal action, RSG was able to redefine the timeshare industry designation saving resorts sometimes up to 70% of their costs.
Sunterra, our first client, was able to reduce their bills over $100,000 annually at one location alone.
Fairfield soon followed with three resorts in Virginia which achieved over $60,000 in annual savings, free rewiring, and a $50,000 return in back billing.
